End of Support for Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows Server Operating Systems
All good things come to an end… We are sad to see you go!
Microsoft will stop releasing security updates for Windows 7 and several Windows Server products in January 2020. Meaning, we cannot support the use of our products on unsecured operating systems.

Next Year
Beginning with the release of our 2019 product in November 2019, we will no longer provide support for any of our products running on Windows 7 or any operating system that is no longer supported by Microsoft.
In other words, next years desktop or dashboard programs will not work on computers running Windows 7 or earlier Operating Systems. If you’re using our ProWeb product, you’re good.
We strongly encourage customers to upgrade to Windows 10 as soon as possible.
