For the last three seasons Rightway Tax Solutions has been the backbone of my tax business. My office has received the best service and support than I have had in the prior 20 years of being in business. My rep has been there to provide me timely solutions to any problems that have arose. Keep up the great work and service guys!

I signed on for the price; I’ve stayed because of the customer service. With the support of the RightWay team and the introduction of the mobile app has launched my office into another stratosphere. They have my loyalty.

Rightway Tax Solutions! Where do I begin? I have been a client of theirs for about 5 years and it has been the BEST decision I could’ve ever made. Not only is the software very user friendly, but the technical support is superb. They are there when I need help, they never make me feel like I’m bothering them, or that they are too busy for me. It’s like having an IT person right in office. And I love the bonuses in July and November $$$!!! They are my family for life!

I absolutely love the software. It’s easy to breeze through and has all that I need to run my office. I am also amazed at the support team. Not to mention the price of the software is so affordable. I can remember at my previous software being on hold for what seemed like forever. With RightWay, all I do is call in and my answers are quickly in my hands. No waiting necessary. And if there isn’t an answer available, someone will go to work for me immediately to figure it out.

I would recommend RightWay to anyone who is looking, or not looking…it’s the best there is out there. This has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I’m so thankful to the RightWay team.

I would like to say that I have grown to love Rightway like family. I have never experienced the love and support that I receive from Rightway. Whenever I or any of my Ero’s need help, we get it! They are very friendly and fast on getting any issue resolved. But most important is the relationship I have with my personal representative. It is really hard to put it into words. There are cheaper companies offering more rebates but because of the love shown by Rightway, my loyalty will always stay with Rightway!

Before joining Rightway, I had used two other software vendors. Switching to Rightway was the best decision I have ever made. I have been with them since the beginning and can not imagine going through tax season without this team on my side. They are very quick to help in any situation whether we have questions or technical issues. I love this software. It is very user friendly. RightWay has made it possible for us to expand. Everyone with RightWay is excellent. I have never had a problem with any issue that tech support didn’t fix right away.

I have multiple locations and I am extremely satisfied with RightWay Software. It’s very easy to navigate and understand. The tutorial videos have been a tremendous help as well! I have used several different software’s before and I can honestly say that RightWay is the best out there and is constantly being perfected as they see the need. Our tax business has improved 100% because of RightWay, We receive the best incentives!. And the BEST support! Thank you RightWay!

The personal technical support is unparalleled. I know the entire staff on a first name basis. Incredibly wonderful service! I must say that the team keeps me in the loop throughout the year.

You get 5 Star treatment at all times with Rightway. All of my questions are always answered and business is always taken care of. I absolutely adore my RightWay account representative. I have worked with him for a while now and he is VERY knowledgeable about the business as well as the tax laws and most importantly, he looks out for his clients and makes you feel as though you are part of the team. I could use any software but I choose Rightway because of the product it offers but more so because I believe in the RightWay Account Representative that works with me knowing that he has my best interest at heart.

RightWay has been 100% supportive on every step of the Installation and training process. Rightway is doing taxes the Rightway. The IT team is very knowledgeable and quick to respond to any questions my team has. Because of Rightway Tax Solutions we have been able to focus on growing our business instead of trying to do everything ourselves.

The web-based online program was a tremendous factor in deciding which software is right for our growing business. This software does not require installation, just log in and you are ready to do tax preparation. My bilingual agents love the software because it’s also available in Spanish, great job RightWay!

Excellent experience, the conversion from my old software company to RightWay was simple. Their technical support is prompt and well-trained. Simple is indeed what you want in preparation for the ever growing shorter tax season. They even assisted with Bank enrollment and PTIN renewal. My account representative was available to ensure that tax season started smoothly.
